EMCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P28, TAF9, and CENPH. Each is linked with EMCN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMCN-to-partner and partner-to-EMCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P28 grouped by EMCN-low versus EMCN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
