EMCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EMCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH2R, MSGN1, and PGLYRP3. Each is linked with EMCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMCN-to-partner and partner-to-EMCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTH2R grouped by EMCN-low versus EMCN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
