EMC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EMC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EMC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P46, RBMY2KP, and CSPG4P1Y. Each is linked with EMC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EMC9-to-partner and partner-to-EMC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P46 grouped by EMC9-low versus EMC9-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EMC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→EMC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
