ELP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP66, RPS12P15, and MIR4646. Each is linked with ELP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELP4-to-partner and partner-to-ELP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP66 grouped by ELP4-low versus ELP4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
