Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ELOCP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GNB4, and HINT2. Each is linked with ELOCP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP8-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by ELOCP8-low versus ELOCP8-high in SKCM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
