Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOCP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOCP8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ELOCP8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOCP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH are the cancer types where ELOCP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
