ELOCP18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELOCP18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,626 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOCP18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APTX, NIFK_T223, and CDCA2_S726. Each is linked with ELOCP18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOCP18-to-partner and partner-to-ELOCP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP18 versus APTX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOCP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOCP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
