Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELOCP18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELOCP18 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ELOCP18 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELOCP18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.

ACC, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where ELOCP18 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
