ELOA3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELOA3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,707 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELOA3P-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA2, KATNAL2, and ZNF236. Each is linked with ELOA3P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELOA3P-to-partner and partner-to-ELOA3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELOA3P versus ELOA2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELOA3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELOA3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
