ELMOD2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRXP2, LINC01570, and SNORA70D. Each is linked with ELMOD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD2-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD2 results are reported.
