ELMOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, RNA5SP24, and MTCO3P2. Each is linked with ELMOD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMOD1-to-partner and partner-to-ELMOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by ELMOD1-low versus ELMOD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
