ELMO3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELMO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,704 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK6, SIAE, and UQCRC2. Each is linked with ELMO3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO3-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELMO3 versus PTK6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
