ELMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ELMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA5A, ITGAD, and SSX7. Each is linked with ELMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELMO3-to-partner and partner-to-ELMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA5A grouped by ELMO3-low versus ELMO3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
