ELL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,904 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS3, ATF4P3, and LINC01777. Each is linked with ELL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELL2-to-partner and partner-to-ELL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS3 grouped by ELL2-low versus ELL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
