ELF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR210, NME4, and STUB1. Each is linked with ELF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELF4-to-partner and partner-to-ELF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ELF4 versus MIR210 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ELF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ELF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
