Across TCGA patient cohorts, ELAVL4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,893 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ELAVL4-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAP1GAP_S499, C2CD5_S817, and CAMK2B_T287. Each is linked with ELAVL4-AS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ELAVL4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ELAVL4-AS1 results are reported.
