Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ELAVL4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ELAVL4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ELAVL4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ELAVL4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and PCPG show a favorable association.

KIRC, THCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where ELAVL4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
