EIF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-16, ANKRD20A6P, and CYCSP48. Each is linked with EIF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF6-to-partner and partner-to-EIF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-16 grouped by EIF6-low versus EIF6-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
