EIF4H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,427 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4H-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, LINC02854, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with EIF4H in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by EIF4H-low versus EIF4H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
