The most reproducible EIF4E1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication, Negative regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation, and Response to triglyceride. Each is linked with EIF4E1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4E1B-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4E1B results are reported.
