Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF4BP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,815 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF4BP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with EIF4BP8 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF4BP8-to-partner and partner-to-EIF4BP8 results are reported.
