EIF3H

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,827 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS3, ERG, and MSRB3. Each is linked with EIF3H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF3H versus MAGI2-AS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
