EIF3H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, MSANTD2P1, and HIGD1AP4. Each is linked with EIF3H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3H-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by EIF3H-low versus EIF3H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
