EIF3F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF3F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,626 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF3F-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P8, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, and PLEKHH3. Each is linked with EIF3F in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF3F-to-partner and partner-to-EIF3F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P8 grouped by EIF3F-low versus EIF3F-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF3F→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF3F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
