EIF2S3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2S3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,372 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2S3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, ABCA8, and CLEC3B. Each is linked with EIF2S3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2S3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2S3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2S3 versus CAVIN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2S3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2S3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
