Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF2S3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,169 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2S3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lagging strand elongation, Base-excision repair, gap-filling, and Growth hormone secretion. Each is linked with EIF2S3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2S3-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2S3 results are reported.
