EIF2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,312 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, BROX, and DDX59. Each is linked with EIF2D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2D-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2D versus RO60 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
