EIF2D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,608 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN15, LINC01703, and GLRX2. Each is linked with EIF2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2D-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2D versus TSEN15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
