EIF2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EIF2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,063 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EIF2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IRES-dependent viral translational initiation, Viral translation, and Heme biosynthetic process. Each is linked with EIF2D in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2D-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRES-dependent viral translational initiation grouped by EIF2D-low versus EIF2D-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
