Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF2AK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,045 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF2AK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL16, CENPX, and POLD2. Each is linked with EIF2AK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF2AK1-to-partner and partner-to-EIF2AK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF2AK1 versus IL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EIF2AK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EIF2AK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
