Across TCGA patient cohorts, EIF1AXP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,948 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EIF1AXP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUT8, KRT17_S39, and SSR1. Each is linked with EIF1AXP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1AXP2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1AXP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EIF1AXP2 versus FUT8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
