The most reproducible EIF1AXP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUT8, KRT17_S39, and SSR1. Each is linked with EIF1AXP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EIF1AXP2-to-partner and partner-to-EIF1AXP2 results are reported.
