Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EIF1AXP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EIF1AXP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher EIF1AXP2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EIF1AXP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and COAD show a favorable association.

OV, BLCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where EIF1AXP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
