Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,393 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EHBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM17, LY9, and CXCR6. Each is linked with EHBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-EHBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EHBP1 versus TMEM17 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
