Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EHBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 497 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EHBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1E, PPAT, and NEIL2. Each is linked with EHBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHBP1-to-partner and partner-to-EHBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1E grouped by EHBP1-low versus EHBP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
