The most reproducible EGFLAM-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of endothelial cell proliferation, Muscle cell development, and Mesenchyme morphogenesis. Each is linked with EGFLAM-AS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFLAM-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-EGFLAM-AS1 results are reported.
