Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EGFLAM-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EGFLAM-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher EGFLAM-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EGFLAM-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as TGCT and PCPG show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where EGFLAM-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
