EGFL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGFL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR365A, RNU6-1056P, and RNU6-1201P. Each is linked with EGFL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFL7-to-partner and partner-to-EGFL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR365A grouped by EGFL7-low versus EGFL7-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
