Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,006 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, and Cadmium ion transport. Each is linked with EFS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFS-to-partner and partner-to-EFS results are reported.
