Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFR3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MNS1, MEX3A, and KLHL14. Each is linked with EFR3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFR3A-to-partner and partner-to-EFR3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFR3A versus MNS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
