Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, RNA5SP239, and RN7SL584P. Each is linked with EFNA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA5-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
