The most reproducible EFEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P51, RNU6-940P, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with EFEMP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-EFEMP1 results are reported.
