EEFSEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEFSEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEFSEC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF148, DBR1, and NONO. Each is linked with EEFSEC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEFSEC-to-partner and partner-to-EEFSEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEFSEC versus ZNF148 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEFSEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEFSEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
