EDN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 788 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3646, NCAPH2, and JMJD6. Each is linked with EDN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDN3-to-partner and partner-to-EDN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3646 grouped by EDN3-low versus EDN3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
