EDC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,072 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TERF2IP, DHX38, and TERF2. Each is linked with EDC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC4-to-partner and partner-to-EDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDC4 versus TERF2IP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
