EDC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,631 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFWD3, NUTF2, and NIP7. Each is linked with EDC4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC4-to-partner and partner-to-EDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDC4 versus RFWD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
