EDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, JAB1, and TIGAR. Each is linked with EDC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC4-to-partner and partner-to-EDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by EDC4-low versus EDC4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
