EDA2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDA2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,500 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDA2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, CAVIN1, and DCN. Each is linked with EDA2R in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDA2R-to-partner and partner-to-EDA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDA2R versus RAI14 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
