EDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTLA4, CRTAM, and CD80. Each is linked with EDA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDA-to-partner and partner-to-EDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTLA4 grouped by EDA-low versus EDA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
