Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, OR4E1, and C18orf63. Each is linked with EDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDA-to-partner and partner-to-EDA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by EDA-low versus EDA-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
