ECPAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECPAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,988 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECPAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD23B, GOLGA1, and RABL6. Each is linked with ECPAS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECPAS-to-partner and partner-to-ECPAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECPAS versus RAD23B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECPAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECPAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
